Working in a team with Paul Godfrey our Hiring Manager (Senior Manager Processing Operations), the Processing Operations officer role will play a critical role in the effective servicing of our equity loan portfolio. You will be joining our small our experienced team of 8 people, who are committed to making positive change in how we deliver our service for our customers.

You will be responsible for delivering a full range of operational services that are essential to our mission and in this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of Homes England’s strategic objectives. You will be the backbone of our frontline operations, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively with some of these activities including managing shared mailboxes, processing customer discharges and deeds via Land Registry and responding to internal and external customers.

Job description

Working with key internal stakeholders and our third-party suppliers you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective processing and issue resolution and the have the opportunity to help create and improve the customer experience.

Person specification

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our customer, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You'll be comfortable working as part of a team, managing workloads and priorities. You will have strong organisation skills, be proficient in data entry, applying a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and be an effective communicator.

You will have the opportunity to participate in activities and discussions to help implement new processes, so you will be able to make a real difference to ways of working.
