Job summary

The SFO’s Case Management System will be the primary source for case-related information and process execution by the SFO. The solution is based on software provided as a service by Clue Computing Company Ltd, based in Bristol. Although Clue Computing Company Ltd provide the Software as a Service (SaaS) the SFO retains a responsibility for managing and administering its own version and configuration of the technology. The role of the Senior CMS Administrator is to provide the in-house technical support for the CMS.

  • The Senior CMS Administrator is part of the SFO’s CMS Service Team.
  • The Senior CMS Administrator role covers the following main areas:
  • Ensuring the CMS remains functional and its processes, functions and features meet the needs of case teams.
  • Working as part of the support and maintenance processes, both alongside the SFO support desk and the supplier.
  • Delivering any changes to the CMS that fall within the requirements of the SFO.
  • Working with Case Controllers and case teams to keep the system working efficiently and trouble-free.
  • Managing the configuration files and any associated version control of products that are specific to the SFO’s instance of the solution.
