About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader professional to join and grow and develop the team in the heart of London. Using your leadership mentoring skills. Have the ability to build up your pension knowledge and ensure the team is able to deliver results and facilitate cross training among team members. Work in a fast paced, varied and professional environment, be comfortable to have difficult conversations to maximise the team deliverables. To utilise your motivational, problem solving and organisational skills to ensure the team feels valued and meets its objectives.

This role offers you the opportunity to experience to make a real difference in delivering an efficient service to all stakeholders for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham pension Fund. On a collaborative forward thinking team with passion to deliver the best customer service.
