Job summary

Opportunity to use your substantial people (HR) change management experience to lead on organisational design and organisational development (including learning) during our significant change programme.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the Senior People Manager (Change) leads the organisational design and development function, including learning, and manages a small team of specialist managers. Working closely with the Corporate Services and Change leadership team, you’ll ensure the organisation’s people change is well governed, properly resourced, and strategically aligned across the Change Portfolio.

Job description

This is a pivotal role in shaping how people change is delivered across our organisation. It requires a strategic thinker with the proven ability to translate vision into delivery and who offers:

  • Significant experience in leading people change in complex environments, e.g. organisational design, organisational development, HR system implementation, reward offer;
  • Strong understanding of people change governance, planning cycles, and assurance frameworks;
  • Experience managing people change professionals and multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Proven track record in people change design and delivery, governance and strategic planning; and
  • Experience in budget management and resource planning.

Person specification

You’ll offer excellent communication skills and will be adept at working with and influencing senior stakeholders, including at executive and Board level.
