You shall provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team. You will give advice and information to internal and external customers in person, over the phone and by email, delivering a high quality of customer service throughout. Your role will cover several administrative duties from updating and managing IT systems and tenancy records to logging and investigating complaints from customers. You will have contact with customers on a daily basis and build strong lasting relationships with internal departments enabling us to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support. Reaching out, above &amp; beyond, ideally you will have local area knowledge and be able to forge relationships with 3rd parties such as Age Concern, The Salvation Army, Mobility / Exercise supply groups to really drive customer engagement and to assist with mental wellbeing, mobility, loneliness and inclusion through community based on site activities.Although this role is based in Wellingborough, you may be required to assist in cover across Northamptonshire and within the surrounding areas. This role is to cover working hours over the weekend. This will include 07:00-09:30 am both days as well as 14:30-18:30 Saturday. There is also the option to work overtime during the week to cover annual leave when available.
