Working within the BACP ethical framework and a CYP Counselling competence framework linked to professional standards.Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Ability to work to a system of processes and procedures, recording and providing information accurately and timely when required.</li><li>Ability to organise own clinical/administrative duties</li><li>Ability to work within a context of evidence-based counselling, performance evaluation and monitoring</li><li>Ability to monitor own competency and limitations and the ability to seek appropriate advice at an early stage.</li><li>Ability to manage a defined caseload if required.</li><li>Ability to be an autonomous practitioner whilst being able to work as an integral part of a multi agency locality team</li></ul><h2>Additional information</h2>Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.We are a workplace that supports flexibility and employee wellbeing in the way we work whilst providing the best service for our customers.
