What you’ll do…

Background

Forestry England is delivering a digital transformation programme that ‘Places customers at the heart of Forestry England and facilitates the use of digital means to truly connect people with the nation’s forests.’

The digital transformation is enabled by the Connections platform which is built on Salesforce technology.

Connections is delivered by the CRM Programme Project Team – a group of capable individuals with a combination of business analysis & design, technology implementation, Salesforce expertise, and change management skills.

The CRM Programme Project Team continue to develop important solutions that will help the organisation improve its customer engagement, customer service and effectiveness.

Purpose

As solutions continue to be developed and implemented into an already live environment, there is a role that is key to ensuring that solutions operate in line with the functional requirements and provide an uninterrupted user experience - the Salesforce Test Analyst role.

For this role you will have 5 years of experience in testing Salesforce solutions and be able to plan and execute rigorous testing steps that will enable quality functionality to be made available to the users and community at Forestry England.

You can be based anywhere in the country from any Forestry England office, and we support hybrid working from home.
