Job summary

This is a Nationally based role

Job description

The role will cover the West Midlands and will form part of the wider West Intelligence Team (which covers North West, West Midlands, South West & Wales). The role involves significant travel across the West Midlands as well as wider ad hoc travel.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the counter terrorism field. The role is focused in the Custody CT space but there will be some opportunity to be involved also in thematic and community work.

Working closely with partners across law enforcement and probation colleagues, the post holder will have SME across CT and Intelligence matters, providing assessment to support the management of offenders. The role also involves line management of a Band 3 Researcher.

For progressed candidates, there will be an assessment prior to the interview (results to be fed back at interview stage).
