The people we support want the chance to try new things and meet new people, as well as keep developing new skills, do more volunteering, get work experience and help local people. We know that everyone has something to contribute to their community and it’s our job to help them make that happen

About you

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who has the commitment and skills to inspire and manage our team at Boston, as well as be a key part of our wider management team across the County. Adapting and responding to the needs, wants, and wishes of the people we support, you’ll play a key role in delivering our ambitious development plans.

  • responsive decision making skills
  • a track record in managing and developing staff
  • great communication skills
  • the drive to make changes and look for new ways of working
  • a creative approach which inspires other

  • Experience of working with or supporting people with disabilities would also be an advantage.

A Smarter Working Employer
