<h2>About the job</h2>JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY: The Employee Relations Lead is responsible for developing and delivering a proactive, fair, and consistent approach to employee relations (ER) across the organisation. Acting as the subject matter expert, this role provides advice and guidance on complex ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supports managers in following relevant processes, resolving ER issues and building manager capability to foster a positive workplace culture. This role also requires working closely with a team of HR Advisors and supporting them in the day-to-day dealings with any ER issues. Mounted Police Support Volunteers

We are seeking Public Health Practitioners to join the team at level A. This is the entry point of the role, so you will need to be able to demonstrate the relevant knowledge, experience and skills to get you started, but you will be supported to develop in your role through induction, probation and a supportive Performance Appraisal and Career Conversation. All elements of level A listed within the person specification are essential. Through your induction you will be introduced to the Career Progression Framework (CPF), which will help you to identify your areas of strength and any development needs. The aim of the role is to improve the health and wellbeing of the population of Medway by delivering Healthy Way in the community. Healthy Way is delivered over a 12-week period to a group of up to 25 adults who are wanting to make lifestyle changes. Healthy Way discusses a range of topics such as the Eat well guide, Type 2 diabetes, behavioural change, sleep and so much more. Healthy Way courses are scheduled around the facilitator’s availability.
