The Bridge Short Stay School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in the pastoral and academic support of Secondary aged students who display challenging behaviour. This role will involve supporting individuals and groups both within lessons and delivering withdrawal interventions for targeted students and cover of lessons in the absence of teaching staff.

We have an exciting opportunity for 5x Technical Licensing Officers to join our Property Licensing Team. This is a career-graded role offering development and progression, giving you to make a real difference in improving the lives of residents across Hackney.
Reporting to the Principal Licensing Officer, you will support the delivery of Hackney’s property licensing schemes through accurate casework, technical assessment and high-quality customer service. You will work closely with residents, landlords, agents and internal teams to ensure properties are properly licensed and compliant with legislation.
Progression from Sc6 to SO1 will be based on demonstrated competence, technical capability, experience and consistent performance at SO1 level.&nbsp;

Job Title: CEIAG Development Worker Starting Salary: £38,220 progressing to £41,771 per annum Hours: 37 per week Location: Countywide Contract Type: Permanent Directorate: Childrens Services<h4>About the team</h4>Hertfordshire Services for Young People is the primary provider of youth work; careers, education information, advice and&nbsp; guidance, work related learning and work experience to young people across Hertfordshire. The Service provides a wide range of careers and work related support, predominantly for young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 if they have learning difficulties or disabilities) to make sure that the needs of young people are met so that they are able and motivated to remain in or return to education, training or work and achieve their full potential.<h4>About the role</h4>Key requirements of this role is:<ul><li>To understand the needs of young people and how the priorities of the service, address them and personally develop existing and new services. </li><li>To ensure that the needs of all clients are met, so that they are able and motivated to engage in education, training, work opportunities and constructive activities that lead to successful transitions and positive destination outcomes. </li><li>To work intensively with young people with a range of needs and backgrounds.&nbsp; </li><li>Have the ability to put your learning into practice. </li><li>Have the ability to be flexible, to multi -task and to work independently within dynamic and evolving teams you will both deliver CEIAG in 1 to 1 and groups and create new products and programmes.</li></ul> <h4>About you</h4>Essential:<ul><li>Diploma in Careers Guidance parts 1 and 2; QCG and or Level 6 in Advice and Guidance </li><li>Full driving licence and regular access to a vehicle</li><li>Excellent organisation and administrative skills with good attention to detail.</li><li>Interpersonal skills and ability to performance manage a team to a high standard</li><li>Able to understand the barriers that young people face</li><li>To be able to work to and achieve targets</li><li>To understand the needs of the young people, and service delivery</li><li>Good ICT Skills</li></ul>We welcome applications from candidates who currently reside in the UK with established proof of right to work documentation.
