What we’re looking for:
<ul>
<li>Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)</li>
<li>A qualification in SEND education is desirable.</li>
<li>Experience of working with children with SEND and ASC</li>
<li>Experience in teaching English</li>
<li>Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.</li>

Brookways School is an independent specialist day school in North Cheam, London designed with a state-of-the-art learning environment which has been created to meet the needs of young people with autism.
Our school offers a calm, quiet, safe, positive and nurturing place where young people can learn and grow.
Brookways School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
