<h4>The Role</h4>Based in our dedicated regulatory health and safety team, as an active field officer, you will be responsible for the enforcement, advice and guidance on health and safety legislation in the borough which has varied businesses and workplaces including licensed premises. The work includes risk-based inspections, project work promoting the Local Authority (LA)/Health and Safety Executive (HSE) partnership priority areas and local initiatives, reactive work such as investigation of complaints, RIDDORS, legionella investigation, workplace accidents, responding to licensing applications. Senior Performance and Quality Lead

<h4>The Role</h4>The effective procurement and administration of our surveying and technical functions underpins every facet of our success. Luckily, the team responsible will have you as their manager. You’ll lead a team with a remit spanning everything from legal disrepair and arbitration, to Housing Improvement Agency and both public and private sector housing adaptations. We will rely on your technical expertise, advice and assistance to make tendering, procurement and contracting more effective. About You: Managing and developing a team of building surveyors and administrators, you will enjoy scope to make a big impact on our service.
