About Crownfield Infant & Nursery School

Crownfield is a community infant and nursery school in Collier Row, Romford, serving children aged 3 to 7. We're part of the local family of schools that feeds into Crownfield Junior, and we work closely with our nursery, the junior school, local playgroups, and the wider community.

To educate children to become independent, lifelong learners and contributing citizens in a rapidly changing, challenging, multi-cultural world.

We aim to create a happy and welcoming environment for children, parents, staff and the community — a place where everyone works in partnership and contributes to improvement. For children, that means high-quality learning that scaffolds their early steps and challenges them beyond their expectations, delivered in a safe, stimulating environment that develops the whole child.
