Scale 9: £32,029 to £34,788 per annum

Full Time – 37 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Based at Arun Civic Centre, Littlehampton, West Sussex.

This post is based within the Property, Estates and Facilities team, which is a busy multi-disciplinary team responsible for managing the Council’s corporate premises portfolio. You will report to the Property, Estates & Facilities Manager providing expert professional advice to support the safe operation of the Council’s Corporate premises ensuring that the Council’s premises remain compliant and “open for business”.

The work is very varied and we are looking for an individual with Facilities Management experience with a "can do" attitude.

You will have significant experience working within a broad and challenging facilities management role, which may be in the public sector, but this is not essential. You will be customer focussed, well organised, an excellent communicator, adaptable and flexible in your approach possessing strong team management and influencing skills. Does this sound like you? The post is based at the Civic Centre, Littlehampton and will involve site visits throughout the district to Council corporate premises and the wider estate.
