We are looking to recruit a Strategy Officer to join our Business Improvement team within the Housing department.
This is an exciting time for the Housing department and this position will offer the post holder the opportunity to influence and support the development of a number of key strategies and policies in an ever-changing Housing landscape.
The post holder will be primarily responsible for driving forward the actions within these strategies, but there are also opportunities to get involved in one off projects and pieces of work.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to manage projects and to think strategically
- Has experience in developing strategies and policies
- Has skills in leadership, influencing and negotiating
- Is able to conduct detailed research to support decision making
- Is able to understand and analyse data to monitor and manage performance
