Putting the role in context The Housing Services Manager is responsible for the delivery of PBHA’s housing management and recovery services for general needs, supported and enhanced housing management tenants. The Housing Services Manager is responsible for the Recovery Lead, the Enhanced Housing Management Coordinator, the Lead Housing Officer, Move on and Allocations Coordinator and Income Officer.
