Senior Practitioner - Children and Families Assessment

Salary up to £54,695*

*(Basic Salary £33,920 - £41,735 + Market Supplement & Retention Bonus of up to £12,960)*

Permanent: 37 Hours per Week

The Children and Families Assessment Teams' (CFAT) are looking to recruit Senior Practitioners to join this dynamic and innovative team. You will be joining a strong and stable team that has low caseloads that works on a one-in-four duty rota. Being a frontline service, CFAT is supported by a well-equipped Multi-Agency Support Hub (MASH) and liaises closely with a variety of associated groups to ensure the swift and appropriate movement of each case.

As a Senior Practitioner in CFAT, you will have at least 3 years post qualification experience in a relevant sector, excellent communication skills and proven track record of working on complex cases.
