West Berkshire Council is seeking to recruit a Housing Business Support Assistant who can provide administrative support for the housing service with a focus on finance and temporary accommodation.
If you have a flexible approach to work with the ability to multi-task effectively according to business priorities, you are very well organised with accuracy, attention to detail, competent in working with Outlook and Microsoft packages and the ability to deal with confidential information tactfully and with discretion as well as, experience in business support duties then we would like to hear from you.
You will need be adaptable and have experience of working in a busy office and be able to communicate effectively in person, in writing and by telephone and manage your time effectively.
This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
