We are looking to recruit an Archive Administrator to join our Business Improvement team within the Housing department.

This is an exciting time for the Housing department and this position will offer the post holder the opportunity to support the development and maintenance of a digital archive for the service.

The post holder will be primarily responsible for driving forward the actions and progress of the Housing archive project, but there are also opportunities to get involved in other projects and pieces of work.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has the ability to work proactively within deadlines
  • Has experience in the use of electronic document management systems
  • Has skills in organisation, prioritisation and time management
  • Has attention to detail to ensure information is recorded clearly and accurately
  • Has knowledge of data protection legislation
