Middlesex University is looking to recruit a PMO Project Manager specialised in construction projects to join the Programme Management Office team within Estate and Facilities Management Service.
You will manage the full lifecycle of projects from conception to operation, ranging from smaller refurbishments to new builds and defect diagnostics. You will be responsible for long term planning across the Estates Capital budget in addition to the Long-Term Maintenance Programme.
You will have experience in project management within construction industry and/or building surveying. The key competencies and requirements are the ability to respond, communicate effectively in a dynamic environment; possess strong problem-solving skills and have a keen eye for detail. You will be self-motivated, efficient and able to adopt pragmatic approach especially when balancing priorities.
