The successful candidate will work as part of a small team providing general clerical and business support for the Safer Wirral Service. This will include typing, word processing, minute taking, data inputting, updating and maintaining accurate computerised and manual case management record systems.


You will be an experienced minute taker who also has experience of working at a Senior Management secretarial/business support level. You will be able to complete accurate minutes for various meetings including Departmental/Senior management meetings and risk management meetings which can involve challenging discussions.  You will have a knowledge of data confidentiality and experience of working in a customer service environment and delivering an excellent customer service.


You will possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills together with good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to organise and prioritise workloads.  You will have extensive experience in using computer systems and data handling together with a comprehensive knowledge of databases. It is also essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity.


In this role, you'll support the Safer Wirral Service in making Wirral a safer place to live and work.


Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our employees/residents/customers to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
