We are looking for people who are patient, caring, and reliable, who also share our four core values Respect, Inclusion, Compassion and Empowerment. These values are central to everything we do, and are core to the delivery of our service.
We also offer the opportunity for staff to undertake the Care Certificate and Level 2 or 3 Diploma (previously known as NVQ) in adult care. Specialist qualifications such as the Level 2 Certificate in Dementia plus a range of other training opportunities including the Emergency First Aid Certificate.
You are required to work a designated shift pattern and alternate weekends to cover the care home rota. We would prefer candidates with some knowledge and experience in this work, but we would be willing to train the right applicant. All applicants will complete a full induction and training.
