You will be at the forefront of excellent financial management, transformation and income generation, part of a team working to deliver great services to the community and to ensure our finances are sustainable.

A fully qualified accounting technician or part- or fully-qualified accountant, you will have strong technical financial skills, be proficient in the use and interpretation of financial data, and a sound knowledge of the financial management cycle. You will also have strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills. You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the financial issues facing local government although previous experience in this sector in not essential.
