HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong track record of managing employee relations cases, with a generalist human resources and an organisational development background at a Senior HR advisor or HRBP level.

No two days are the same. 

You will be extremely busy but involved in wide ranging and rewarding HRBP work, partnering with senior managers and line managers to provide expert HR knowledge and insight to support effective strategic and day to day operational decision making.

To be successful you must have the ability to take ownership of your business areas and be confident in your ability to deliver sound pragmatic advice, and you'll be CIPD qualified too.

As our corporate behaviours and values come naturally to you, you'll have first class communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business and to quickly establish excellent working relationships. 

Ultimately contributing to the shape, culture and high performance of our organisation to deliver our new draft five year plan: Reigate & Banstead 2025, you'll get involved in role and service redesign, departmental restructures, employee relations case work, policy and procedure review, Union relations, delivering our OD strategy, and so much more.

Join us to work alongside two HRBPs, a HR Manager and the wider HR & OD team in supporting our expanding organisation of approx. 500 operative, professional and administrative employees and counting..
