We’re looking for an ambitious and highly driven Head of Sales to lead our team.
This role requires an intuitive sales leader with an unswerving focus on targets and sales success.
In this vital role, you’ll have full responsibility for JGP’s sale revenue. We provide a range of bespoke recruitment solutions from job board advertising and ATS software, to project based RPO solutions. We offer a unique blend of recruitment assets that have a huge amount of potential. As Head of Sales, it will be up to you to realise this potential, taking our products to market and building new business pipelines.
With responsibility for the company’s overall sales revenue, you will be a strategic and commercially driven individual. A vital member of our management team, you’ll contribute to the company’s overall strategic vision, and drive our growth objectives.
This role requires a skilled communicator and confident speaker, who can represent the commercial face of our business. You’ll be process driven, commercially aware with excellent attention to detail. Analytically minded, you’ll have appreciation for data and the story it can tell.
We’ll look to you to build long lasting business relationships with key accounts, as well as growing and developing our sales team, maximising both new business and existing account growth.
You’ll thrive on motivating and driving our sales team to achieve their best. You will be an excellent recruiter and coach, spotting and developing our talent to build a strong performing team. From identifying training needs, to raising performance issues in pipelines, you’ll encourage and lead your team to get the best out of every member. We’ll expect you to jump straight into the role, demonstrating a hand’s on approach and an understanding of our markets, buyers and nuances of our sales processes.
Ideal candidates will be already be working in a recruitment environment with exposure to resourcing solutions, or within a sales lead RPO provider. You’ll need experience managing a Salesforce CRM or similar, as well as working knowledge of ATS technology and recruitment marketing.
