Office Manager Position: Term Time,Hours: 8:30am to 4:00pm

St Martin’s Academy is at an exciting time of its journey. As a growing primary school situated in Hoole,
Chester we opened in 2013 as part of the national Free Schools Program with a class of 25 children in
reception, our plan was to grow one class per year, we achieved this and from September 2019 we now have 175 children on role. Offering an extended day, full wrap around care and smaller class sizes has ensured the Academy offers a choice of provision within the local context and has been oversubscribed since opening.

Behind the successful teaching team sits a proactive support team who collaborate with the teachers and parents to ensure the smooth daily running of the school. An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an Officer Manager. Are you looking for a challenge? This role is central to the effective running of the school, you will need to manage expectations, think on your feet, not get phased, deliver the highest degree of professionalism and deal with all issues efficiently ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.  Each day will throw up a new challenge and rewards which are guaranteed to happen working in school.

The office manager needs character and the key attributes we are looking for candidates who have a:
