An opportunity has arisen for a hard working individual to manage the Asset Strategy Team. You will be able to lead and motivate individuals, give clear direction and support staff to deliver the Council’s key long-term strategic asset management objectives in relation to 11,000 social rented homes and other properties in Basildon New Town.
The post is a strategic role and you will be required to prepare Asset Management Strategies for the short, medium and longer term, together with associated strategies concerned with Affordable Warmth, Carbon Reduction and stock condition, taking into account available resources.
