Learning Support Assistant

LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (LSA)
REQUIRED OCTOBER 2019
(32.5 Hours p/w, permanent, term time only
BG-J SP 3 – 6 £18,674 - £19,780 full time equivalent – this will be pro-rated)


We are looking to appoint an LSA to join our welcoming and dedicated team in this aspirational primary school, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, which is part of The Greenshaw Learning Trust.


The post is for 32.5 hours per week (8.30am – 3.30pm, Monday – Friday with ½ hour for lunch), term time only and is a permanent role. Lunchtime support duties (supervising children inside or outside during lunchtime) for 30 minutes a day are included within this role.

Pre–employment medical check
As a condition of the Offer of Employment, the successful applicant will be asked to complete an Occupational Health questionnaire from which our Occupational Health Advisor will assess your medical suitability to do the job. You may be required to attend a medical examination.
References
On your application form you will be asked to provide the names and addresses of two people who will provide a reference. At least one should be from your current/most recent employer.
