Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant required for a young lady with Cerebal Palsy and is in a wheelchair and suffers with lower limb issues.  The indiviudal is able to mobilise on and off the toilet and bed with minimual manual handling required.  The individual lives in Crown Wood, Bracknell.

The succesful candidate will be required to provide the following:

Two toileting calls during the day which are currently 15 minutes in duration on Monday to Sunday.  Days and times to be agreed between the individual and the Personal Assistant.

Evening calls around 10.00pm for 30 minutes working on a three week rota which is currently as follows:

Week 1 - Monday, Thursday and Friday

Week 2 - Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 3 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and possibly Friday

Rates of pay are £9.00 an hour Monday to Sunday for the toileting calls, £11.68 an hour for Sunday and £10.18 for the evening call.
