BI Lead - Children's & Education

About you:
With experience in data analysis you enjoy investigating data and translating it into meaningful and actionable information. You are inquisitive and astute with an ability to ask the right questions and work alongside your service to produce excellent data. Ideally, you will have a background in Local Authority Children's Services, although relevant experience will be considered.
About the role:
As the Business Intelligence Lead you will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into decisions. You will guide senior management and stakeholders in exploring the service needs based on performance data and provide direction on service improvement. As a regulated service, our Education and Children services require accurate and relevant data to inform quality decision making.
We currently have two positions available, one with a focus on Children Social Care and the other on Education.
