Maintenance Officer

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Officer to maintain and inspect corporate assets within the corporate property team.  The post holder will be required to have a good understanding of techniques related to repairing and building maintenance, ideally qualified in a building related trade (plumbing/building/carpentry etc). 

The candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar field of work, working managing their own workload with minimal supervision. Tools, van and clothing provided. The candidate should be prepared to work on all types of asset, including public toilets, office buildings, parks etc.

The candidate should be a flexible worker able to manage a team that covers a 24/7 work schedule, covering and assisting as necessary within the team. This role will cover the out of hours working schedule as part of a rota within the team.
