We have an exciting opportunity in Children's centres for Early Years Practitioners


If you feel that you are an outstanding practitioner, have excellent communication skills, a drive to promote the welfare and achievement of children under 5 and a "can do" approach to working with families we would like to hear from you.


The role of School Readiness Worker has a variety of functions and each day will be challenging and different. The successful applicant will work in partnership with Early Years Professionals, children and families to provide high quality one to one support and group activities within Children's Centres and the community. This integrated approach will enhance play and learning opportunities to ensure every child under 5 has the emotional, social and developmental skills to be ready for school and to learn. This is an opportunity to embark on a new and exciting challenge and be part of a vibrant, professional service.


You will be working in the heart of the community with families supporting them to achieve their full potential. As well as a very diverse role you will receive benefits of good annual leave entitlement and a diverse training package such as: baby massage, baby yoga and relax kids.
