Service Charge Manager

We are currently recruiting for a strong individual that is looking for their next career step as a Service Charge Manager. Someone that has demonstratable track record of continually improving service to achieve value for money. You will be an innovative thinker that can align services to meet the needs of customers and can adapt to change whilst supporting others through the change process.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of not only accounting systems but also project management, with experience in delivering project plans to improve services. who can take responsibility of managing and delivering the service charge year end accounts, managing the reconciliation of bank accounts for sinking funds collected.
Ideally you will also have experience of working in a service charge role.
