We are offering the exciting opportunity of Human Resources (HR) Apprentice.
You will work within the HR team to provide a customer focussed and professional HR service to the Council. Supporting a range of administrative and transactional activities as well as working on HR projects, such as the development and maintenance of our online Learning Management System. Alongside this, you’ll undertake the Level 3 Business & Administration apprenticeship qualification, whilst receiving full on-the-job training and mentoring from HR colleagues.
What we need from you… You will have GCSEs (or equivalent), excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes. You are able to work on your own initiative, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
