Job Title: Administration Assistant

Grade 3 £17,711 - £18,426 (Pro Rata)

Actual Salary: £6,085- £6,331 per annum

Hours: 2 days per week (14.8hrs)


8.30am – 4.30pm Thursday and Friday, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

This is a temporary position for 1 year, with the possibility of renewing the contract


We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised and enthusiastic individual to

the school office.

Hours of work will be Thursday and Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, term time only.


Applicants must be able to multi-task in an extremely busy environment, working to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Duties will include providing general clerical support for the school, including answering the telephone and face-to-face enquiries, data input, administering pupil attendance and typing letters, etc.


The appointment will be subject to stringent safeguarding procedures in accordance with our safeguarding policy.
