Are you looking for a job that could take you into a career in housing? We have two new roles that could provide this opportunity.
Mid Sussex District Council is a dynamic, forward thinking local authority in the heart of southern England. We have clear priorities, and are proud that local people consistently rate our services highly. We have a new District Plan with a target to deliver 16,390 new homes by 2031. Our Housing Service has a range of responsibilities to meet the housing needs of the district. This includes ensuring that new developments deliver the affordable housing required to meet the needs of applicants on our housing register and also the prevention of homelessness by providing advice and assistance to those in need of housing and emergency accommodation.
Working in local government is a highly satisfying and rewarding experience in so many ways. In return for the contribution you’ll make to the local community, we are a great employer to work for, situated in a glorious part of the country with great benefits to offer.
