Be the difference
We are building a new approach,to put children and young people at the heart of everything we do.
"Our journey of transformation has been about improving what we call the conditions for success. We've got the right buildings, the right computer systems, the right structure, and now we're really working on our future; getting the culture and the practice right, in every single case that we deal with. So that's where we're at, we want people to come and join this journey, the foundations are in place, we've got a lot of work to do on the quality and the culture, and we'd be delighted if you come join us."
Dave Hill, Executive Director, Children, Families and Learning
