Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust which was founded in 2015, which merged with Hornbeam Academy Trust in September 2019. The Lime Trust has grown from four to seven schools which are located in the following areas; Havering, Waltham Forest and Peterborough. The Trust is a mixture of both Primary and Special Schools including an Ofsted Outstanding Hospital & Home Tuition Service located in Whipps Cross Hospital in Waltham Forest.
IT Technician (Fixed term to 31st July 2020 in the first instance)
(£21,591 - £21,981 p.a.)
We are looking to recruit an IT technician to support our schools in Waltham Forest.
Your role will be to support and maintain all of the IT infrastructure, hardware and software in Hornbeam Academy (based over two sites) and Larkswood Primary Academy, including all switches, servers, iPads and computers.
Experience of working within schools would be desirable but is not essential.
You should be a team player and be flexible in your approach to work. You will be required to travel between sites therefore it is preferable that you have use of your own transport.
Although this is a fixed term position until July 2020, there is a possibility that this may lead to a permanent position.
Please note that that this position is working 52 weeks per year and 36 hours per week.
