Weare looking for a technical expert to lead our Property and Regeneration Teamin Legal Services on a range of challenging and exciting capital projects. You will deliver high quality legal servicesin respect of property matters and make a key contribution to achieving theborough's objectives.

We have recently restructuredour service to increase resilience, better align with the Council’s functions,and are now looking for highly competent, enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join theteam.
Flexible working is available includingworking from home for part of the working week after a settling in period.Key Responsibilities
You will be the lead lawyer for Property andRegeneration and be responsible for leading some high profile andtransformational capital projects, reporting to the Head of Contracts andCommercial. You will manage a busy teamof Lawyers and be responsible for the provision of high quality solutionfocussed services to internal and external clients.
You will also be able to work collaboratively and demonstratesignificant, recent, local government experience in the area of land law andlarge scale regeneration projects.

Youmust be a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX with significantrelevant PQE and hold a practising certificate.
