Permanent / Part-Time
22.5 Hours per Week - Service hours are 7am - 7pm 365 days a year
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Thurrock First advisor.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team and act as the first point of contact for the residents of Thurrock who has social care, physical health and mental health needs.
You will be required to provide residents with information/advice and signpost to internal and external services.
You will also support residents with social care needs and complete care and support assessments.
An enhanced DBS check is required.
