An exciting vacancy has risen at one of our busy multi tenure estates, Stoke Quay, which includes a variety of different home types to meet the needs of our varied and diverse customer groups

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed cleaner to join our friendly and diverse team. We are looking for someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for our residents at the Estate.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of undertaking a range of cleaning activities on three blocks of flats on the estate which will include mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sweeping and removing litter from all communal areas, ensuring high standards at all times for our tenants to enjoy.

To succeed, you need to have previous experience of working in a busy environment with a lot of footfall. As a valuable member of the housekeeping team, you will help to ensure safety of our residents by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns. Because of this, you must possess knowledge of COSHH, health and safety in the workplace and best cleaning practices.
