Homes for Haringey is Haringey Council’s housing provider.  We are looking for an Executive Director of Housing Management to transform the quality of our service to residents. 

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for tenancy services, sheltered and supported housing, income management, community engagement, and estates and neighbourhoods. 

You will be an experienced, senior housing management professional with an excellent track record.   You will be a collaborative team player who is used to working within a formal governance structure.  You may already be working for a local authority, ALMO or housing association.  You will be wholly committed to delivering excellent customer service, and will challenge and motivate your team to deliver the best possible service to residents.   

This role requires drive, commitment and resilience.  Our customer service offer has improved but we have some way to go to match the very best.  If you believe you have the leadership skills to raise the bar and increase resident satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
