Garth Hill College are seeking to appoint an experienced and capable administrator with an avid interest in Recruitment and Human Resources who has a flexible and a pro-active approach, to join the College’s Business Team in January 2020. 

The successfully appointed person will be responsible for the day to day administration of all aspects of recruitment and human resources at Garth Hill College. S/he will work closely with the Business Manager, HR Business Adviser and the College’s Senior team providing support on recruitment and HR matters.

The role will involve supporting the HR Business Advisor with all aspects of the recruitment process including organising adverts in national media and online, carrying out rigorous recruitment pre –employment checks including obtaining references and DBS. S/he will maintain accurate staff records using SIMS which will include absences and changes to contracts.
