Business Processes Manager

£39,513pa plus ongoing training, generous holiday, occupational pension and life assurance.

About the Role

Following the internal promotion of the current post holder we are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Business Processes Team. Overseeing the administration of HR processes and management of the resourcing team who are responsible for recruitment and management of our casual staff team. This is an integral role to ensure all data is accurately collated, recorded and analysed across the association.

About you

Experience of managing an office based team is essential as well as the ability to deal with a varied and multi-disciplined workload. You need to have an eye for detail, excellent numerical skills and a can do attitude. You will need to demonstrate first class communication skills and the confidence to communicate across the business.

We are well on our way to transforming our business but there is still more to do with the implementation of in-house, custom built applications to manage absence and shifts. You will play a pivotal role in the success of these projects.
