Who we are looking for …

Dedicated individuals who have previous experience of safeguarding adults who have care and support needs. You can undertake social care assessments, provide outcome focused support plans with the ability to monitor and review the outcomes. You will be part of a team operating a duty rota, acting as the single point of contact for the most vulnerable adults of our Rutland community, so good communication skills are a must in order to maintain efficient and effective liaison with the wider team and other Independent and Voluntary Agencies.
