Who we are looking for … Dedicated individuals who have previous experience of working with adults who have care and support needs. You can undertake assessments and case work to provide 1 to 1 support to achieve best outcomes and maximize their independence. You will commission and arrange new services when needed, and have experience of multi-disciplinary working.

The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The cost of your DBS will be covered by us.
