To arrange and minute complex legal panels and legal planning meetings, including inviting relevant professionals, preparing agendas & collating paperwork and maintaining accurate records of decisions and actions as required and within set timescales. Uploading information onto fwki and completing relevant episodes.
Collecting and analysing data to track progress of legal proceedings and timescales that court documents need to be sent to the legal department. Devising and maintaining further tracking systems as requested. Escalating any concerns for delay to senior management where appropriate.
Providing regular reports and analysis from this data to senior management and cabinet members; to inform government statistical returns; and to answer Freedom of Information Requests or Members Enquiries.
Work closely with key social work staff diarising court/hearing dates and ensuring all payments/invoices are processed and paid, spending is clearly recorded and analysed, and supporting budget forecasting.
Monitoring inboxes and ensuring that court orders and other documents are uploaded to FWi within timescales. Alerting relevant staff to actions required where needed.
To deal efficiently with telephone queries and other requests for information in order to ensure that service performance levels are met.
To support the work of other administrative support staff during periods of absence or high volumes of work in order to maintain the efficient provision of administrative services across Children's Social Care.
Undertake and/or manage complex administration tasks as well as general administrative tasks as needed
