Homes for Haringey have an exciting opportunity for a Feedback Officer to join our offices located in Tottenham, North London. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, customer driven individual looking to develop their skills within our high performing and dynamic team.

Homes for Haringey is a fully fledged Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) of the London Borough of Haringey. We are firmly committed to working collaboratively toward building a spirit of team working and a supportive one culture in which innovation is encouraged and individuals can thrive.

The feedback team is vital in investigating, responding and resolving feedback requests from customers and stakeholders. We want to ensure our customers are informed and valued through clear and effective communication. To achieve this, you will oversee Homes for Haringey's customer & stakeholder feedback scheme (complaints, compliments, suggestions, member enquiries, ombudsman enquiries and Freedom of Information requests). As well as taking calls and writing feedback responses, you will assist in compiling and analysing performance information to help improve service delivery across all directorates of the organisation.

We are looking for an excellent communicator, both written and verbal who can work collaboratively in a small team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a customer driven environment, preferably complaints management. You will be part of a stable and growing team who are customer focused and solution driven. This role requires a flexible individual who is a team player that has a keen eye for detail. If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you!

You will have access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities. Homes for Haringey offers flexible working, generous leave entitlement, and access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Please see the attached Role Profile for further information. For informal enquiries, please contact Tom Bullock at Retinue Solutions via email or telephone - 0203 8377 880.

Please apply by attaching your CV and Supporting Statement. Your Statement must detail your suitability for the role. Please use the Person Specification to aid your Statement (enclosed in the Role Profile - attached at the bottom of this advert or found on the Homs for Haringey site).
