This role will require you to lead the delivery of the Councils Housing Capital Programme. With a project value of £40-50 million per annum, this is a crucial role within the business that requires a strong leader to develop and lead a high performing team.

Working collaboratively across the business, you will manage diverse teams of technical staff, consultants and building contractors to ensure annual objectives are met and outstanding services are delivered to residents.
